Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert to lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise observability across hybrid environments.

You will work with infrastructure, cloud, database, SRE, and operations teams to improve reliability and visibility, with strong Dynatrace administration and database monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in IT infrastructure, monitoring, or observability.
• 3+ years hands-on Dynatrace administration and implementation.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with many hosts and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of enterprise Dynatrace observability solutions.
• Administer Dynatrace tenants, OneAgent deployments, and integrations.
• Define monitoring standards, dashboards, and alerting strategies.
• Integrate observability with ServiceNow, Splunk, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop automation with PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Terraform IaC.
• Mentor engineers and participate in incident management and RCA.
