Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• EU passport or work permit for Greece (mandatory).
• Experience in customer service, preferably in energy or utility sectors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients regarding energy supply contracts.
• Provide expert advisory on energy efficiency, consumption, and billing inquiries.
• Manage inbound communications via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Process contract renewals and modifications for a leading electricity producer and supplier.
• Troubleshoot technical or administrative issues related to energy service delivery.
• Identify and upsell sustainable energy products and value-added services that meet client needs.
