Ideal candidates have native or fluent Dutch, prior customer service experience in utilities, and can work independently in a remote setting while using CRM tools to maintain precise records. Training and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably utilities or energy sector.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Eneco customers, handling inquiries about energy usage, billing and contracts.
• Provide expert advice on Eneco energy solutions and services.
• Resolve issues regarding account management, meter readings and tariffs.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate energy information clearly to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in ongoing training on energy market trends and Eneco offerings.
