You will guide Dutch-speaking customers on energy contracts, billing, and sustainable energy solutions, leveraging strong customer service skills and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Dutch native or fluent in speaking and writing.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in energy/utilities.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Valid EU passport or Greece work permit is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in the growing field of Dutch-speaking roles in Greece.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients regarding energy supply contracts.
• Advise on energy efficiency, consumption patterns, and billing inquiries.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
• Process contract renewals and modifications for a leading electricity producer and supplier.
• Troubleshoot technical or administrative issues related to energy services.
• Identify and upsell sustainable energy products and services to clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure high-quality service.
