Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Technical Support specialist to join a small team of experts, leveraging extensive enterprise Cloud, networking, and REST integration experience. The role involves remote work across the United States with occasional on-site visits.

You will troubleshoot UAS command/control and Cloud networking issues, Partner with cross‑functional teams, and support high-uptime drone operations for diverse customers including public safety and government sectors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years configuring, troubleshooting and supporting enterprise Cloud infra incl. cellular/wireless/ethernet networks.
• Experience with REST integrations and private/public Cloud configurations.
• Background in enterprise or government-related deployments.

Responsibilities

• Identify flight‑related data flow issues and guide customers on mitigation.
• Own post‑deployment private Cloud configurations for high-privacy entities.
• Triage and resolve Cloud–Cloud integrations, desktop performance, and data flows.
• Collaborate with training/content teams to improve self‑help resources.
• Reduce escalation through effective triage and root-cause analysis.
• Work with Eng and Product teams to optimize support processes.
