Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Operations (Ops) Lead to oversee day-to-day driver operations for U.S. based roles. This remote position reports to the Country Manager and emphasizes guidance, mentoring, and performance management.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, drive service improvements, monitor SLA targets, and provide regular status reporting. A Diploma or Bachelor's is required, with at least two years of people management experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a people manager (TL role).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Driving Operations field resources.
• Drive day-to-day operations following SOPs.
• Coach and develop drivers; conduct reviews with teams.
• Provide SME guidance on regional issues and concerns.
• Support with resource planning and workload coordination.
