Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Operations (Ops) Lead for a remote US-based role in Montpelier, VT. You will oversee a team of Driving Operations field resources, driving day-to-day operations, SOP adherence, coaching, and coordinating with client Program Managers.

The role reports to the Country Manager and requires strong people management and communication skills. Responsibilities include performance reviews, data analysis, reporting, and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a team of drivers or ops staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Driving Operations field resources.
• Drive day to day operations following SOPs.
• Coach and develop drivers; conduct periodic reviews with teams and client PMs.
• Provide SME advice on regional issues and concerns.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Support with reporting and KPI tracking.
