Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking ASE-Certified Auto Technicians to join our team as remote automotive consultants. Work from home in Alabama with Monday–Friday hours (10 a.m.–7 p.m. Central) after an on-site training phase in Saginaw, Michigan.

You will assist field techs by phone, chat and email, specializing in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems, and gain access to the latest data and repair strategies while enjoying comprehensive medical, dental and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license.
Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with Morley reimbursement).
Able to work shifts Monday–Friday 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Central time (11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern).
Must be able to work from a quiet, distraction-free home environment.

Responsibilities

Assist field service technicians via inbound and outbound phone, chat and email.
Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems to provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs.
Initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan before transitioning to home-based support.
Access up-to-date technical data and repair strategies with guidance from consultants and leaders.
