Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-Certified Auto Technicians to support our domestic OEM clients as Automotive Consultants from home. This role focuses on drivetrain systems and involves working Monday–Friday from home, with initial on-site training in Saginaw, MI.

You will assist field technicians via phone, chat, and email, applying your hands-on shop experience to diagnose and guide repairs. Michigan residents may participate in a comprehensive benefits package and long-term career growth within Morley.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Valid driver''s license and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Strong understanding of automotive drivetrain systems and ability to read electronic service manuals.
• Must be Michigan resident and able to work from home after initial on-site training in Saginaw, MI.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound and outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive drivetrain systems and provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs.
• Complete initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan, to support field techs from your home office.
• Benefit from ongoing support and resources including access to the latest technical data and repair strategies.
• Maintain reliable schedule (Mon-Fri 11am-8pm ET) with no weekend shifts.
