Job summary
InnoSource Inc. in partnership with a Fortune 500 client is hiring entry-level customer service representatives to work remotely from West Virginia this summer.
Must reside in West Virginia. Training Mon-Fri for 2 weeks, then weekends required. Shifts: 1st (3:00 AM–7:00 PM CST), 2nd (11:00 AM–3:00 AM CST), 3rd (7:00 PM–11:00 AM CST). $13/hr with health insurance, dental reimbursement, and life insurance. You must provide your own equipment (PC, dual monitor, webcam, headset, ethernet, mouse).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must provide own equipment.
- Entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from drivers needing help with tires, breakdowns, and related services.
- Coordinate with service providers to connect customers with immediate support.
