Job summary

InnoSource Inc. is hiring an entry-level customer service representative for our Fortune 500 client, a remote position requiring residency in Arkansas. Training is Monday–Friday for two weeks before a more permanent schedule begins.

You will take inbound calls from drivers needing help with breakdowns or tire issues, and work with a team of service providers to arrange immediate support. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Windows PC or laptop with >=12GB RAM and >= CPU 4000.
• Must have a dual monitor setup.
• Ethernet connected to device.
• Webcam and headset with microphone.
• Mouse included.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from drivers needing help with breakdowns or tire issues.
• Coordinate with service providers to connect customers with prompt support.
