Job summary

CSG Talent partners with an established, employee-owned environmental and engineering consultancy to grow its Drinking Water practice across the United States. They seek experienced Drinking Water Engineers and Project Managers to join a national team of ~55 water professionals, with remote flexibility and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years of engineering experience in the water sector.
• Strong municipal drinking water experience and leadership capabilities.
• Experience delivering drinking water treatment and/or transmission & distribution projects.
• BS or MS in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering discipline; PE licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of municipal drinking water projects.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Provide technical leadership across treatment and distribution projects.
• Engage with municipal clients and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; support proposals and client development.
