Job summary

Dakota Group is hiring 3 to 5 remote Contract Compliance Filing Specialists to support seasonal filing volume and ongoing growth in our compliance operations team.

This full-time contract role requires performing in a structured remote environment with tracked equipment, clear daily deliverables, and KPI/SLA-driven performance. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, accountable, and seeking long-term growth within the company.

Qualifications

• FMCSA compliance experience or knowledge preferred.
• DOT compliance knowledge is highly valued.
• Tax, accounting, or law background helps.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Complete filings and onboarding tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage work within KPIs and SLAs in a remote setting.
• Review client-submitted information for completeness and correctness.
• Escalate issues when information is unclear or incomplete.
• Maintain production and quality standards throughout the day.
