Job summary

Grey Street Consulting, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Contract Specialist/Administrator II to support our DOT/FTA client in a remote capacity. The role involves handling acquisitions across procurement stages, supporting various contract types, and applying FAR knowledge to complex procurement actions.

On-site potential may be required as staff returns to government locations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (5 years) and strong MS Office, Google Workspace, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience or 24 semester hours with 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of FAR and multiple contract types (FFP, Cost Reimbursable, LH, T&M)
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; strong internet research skills
• Ability to independently analyze work and provide feedback to Government
• Experience with acquisition mechanisms like IDIQs, BPAs, and various orders

Responsibilities

• Provide mid-level expertise in acquisitions across procurement stages
• Prepare or review pre-procurement packages and track contract actions
• Assist with administration of IDIQs, BPAs, contracts, task/delivery/call/purchase orders
• Understand and support cost/price analysis, contract modifications, and closeout
• Support use of acquisition E-Gov tools and systems for contracting actions
