Job summary

Money Made Connect, LLC is seeking independent contractors to handle inbound donor calls from home. You will follow scripts, process pledges, and manage donor information. Contractors can select available servicing hours and earn based on campaign performance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and prior remote or in-person customer service experience. A quiet workspace and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months remote customer service or 1+ year customer service experience.
• Ability to use multiple systems while speaking.
• Windows 11 PC with quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet.
