Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a donor services specialist to service donors via phone, email, chat, text, and social media, supporting fundraising for St. Jude. Remote in USA with flexible coordination across multiple channels.

You will build relationships, answer inquiries, process donations, and collaborate with volunteers and coordinators to improve the donor experience. Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat, text, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Serve donors and manage relationships across channels to support fundraising.
• Build donor relationships, resolve issues, and exceed donor needs.
• Educate donors on donation options and campaigns.
• Support training initiatives and track donor experience metrics.
• Assist with special projects and marketing research as needed.
