Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a Customer Service/Donor Support representative to engage donors, volunteers, and prospects through phone, email, chat, and social channels. You will ensure high-quality service and support fundraising programs remotely in the USA.

Responsibilities include building donor relationships, resolving issues, processing donations, and supporting VIP donors while maintaining compliance and accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-focused service, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to speak and write clearly across channels (phone, email, chat, text).
• Experience handling donor and volunteer interactions and processing donations.
• Comfort with using multiple systems and basic data entry.
• Preference for bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with donors and volunteers and respond via phone, email, chat, and social channels.
• Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed while maintaining PCI compliance.
• Process donations and support fundraising campaigns and events.
• Provide training and guidance to colleagues as needed.
• Monitor inquiries and maintain accurate donor records across systems.
