Job summary

ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, seeks an Associate II - Enterprise Support to build donor relationships and support fundraising initiatives nationwide.

You will engage donors via phone, email, chat, text, and social media, delivering exceptional service and promoting St. Jude’s mission. This role requires adaptability for evenings/weekends and strong communication and tech skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service, sales, or call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across multiple channels.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be a Relationship Builder with donors and volunteers.
• Drive fundraising success by coaching individuals and teams.
• Deliver exceptional service to resolve issues and ensure donor satisfaction.
• Educate supporters about St. Jude’s impact and inspire engagement.
• Engage Spanish-speaking communities to ensure inclusivity.
• Spot trends and share insights to improve donor engagement.
• Stay agile in a fast-paced environment including evenings and weekends.
