Job summary

RepresentUs is seeking a Donor Relations Manager to shape fundraising strategy, manage a portfolio of mid-level and membership donors, and lead annual planning for our donor programs. The role also collaborates with Marketing on digital fundraising, runs year-end campaigns and donor events, and ensures proper donor stewardship.

The position is fully remote and open to U.S. candidates, with Pacific Time Zone preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing donor portfolios and moves management.
• Strong written and verbal communication for donor stewardship.
• Ability to plan annual giving campaigns and set revenue targets.
• Familiarity with donor databases, segmentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage donor strategy and portfolio management for ~50 donors.
• Lead annual planning for individual giving and year-end campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing on digital fundraising and web-based giving.
• Prepare and present donor reports and revenue projections to leadership.
• Oversee donor events and ensure timely tax acknowledgments.
