MANNA Food Center Inc. in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to support donor service, gift processing, and data management. This on-site role requires collaborating with the Development team and CEO to ensure timely acknowledgments and accurate records in Salesforce.

The position emphasizes donor communications, online giving platform support, and stewardship activities, with a focus on accurate data handling and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service support.
• Strong interpersonal communications skills, ability to empathize and connect with people
• High proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for donors, handling inquiries, recurring giving, online accounts, receipts, and other needs.
• Triages and responds to emails; routes complex questions to the appropriate team member and tracks follow-ups.
• Manage the primary donor email account and triage calls to the Development & Communications team.
• Support donor data entry, maintenance of Salesforce records, and data cleanup across campaigns and funds.
• Prepare donor acknowledgements and tax receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist with producing donor lists for mailings and development initiatives.
• Provide basic Salesforce reporting support for routine tasks.
