Job summary

The Maryland Food Bank is seeking a Donor Services Coordinator to join the External Relations team in a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence at least three days per week.

You will manage donor stewardship pieces, process gifts into RENXT, and respond to donor inquiries while collaborating with Finance and Fundraising. Strong data entry, CRM skills, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service or administrative role.
• Experience using a CRM or database system for data management.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor inquiries by phone and email; record interactions in RENXT.
• Process donations from multiple sources into RENXT.
• Collaborate with finance and fundraising for proper gift attribution.
• Produce donor stewardship mailings and acknowledgements.
• Maintain and update constituent information and records.
• Support monthly donation processing and payment reconciliation.
• Conduct data quality audits of donor records.
• Identify opportunities to improve gift processing and workflows.
• Provide front desk and volunteer support during high volume.
• Maintain knowledge of RENXT and gift processing procedures.
