Job summary

The Maryland Food Bank in Baltimore is seeking a Donor Services Coordinator to support the philanthropy team with donor stewardship, gift entry, and donor inquiries using RENXT. You’ll help ensure accurate gift attribution and quality donor records.

You will collaborate with finance and fundraising to coordinate communications, process monthly donations, and maintain constituent data. The hybrid role requires on-site presence at least three days weekly and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Two years in customer service, data entry, or related admin role.
• Experience using a CRM or database for data entry and record management.
• Proficiency in Word (including mail merges) and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email with timely, professional service; record interactions in RENXT.
• Accurately process donations from multiple sources into RENXT.
• Collaborate with finance and fundraising to ensure proper gift attribution.
• Produce donor stewardship mailings and welcome packages.
• Maintain and update constituent information and donor records.
• Support monthly donation processing and payment reconciliation.
• Conduct data quality audits and ensure database integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve gift processing and donor communications.
