Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a Philanthropy & Communications Coordinator to support donor relations and marketing communications. The role focuses on accurate acknowledgment processing, timely tax receipts, and coordinating across philanthropy and marketing teams.

You will help maintain donor records, assist with events, and ensure excellent external communications while providing administrative support to leadership in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data processing, record maintenance or related admin work requiring accuracy.
• CRM experience to maintain records, generate reports, retrieve data; Salesforce preferred.
• 1+ year of experience providing administrative or executive support.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Proactive problem-solving with interest in process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Fundraising/philanthropy experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle donor information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relations inboxes and respond to inquiries or route to staff for follow-up.
• Respond to Marketing & Communications inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Generate and send donor acknowledgment letters and tax receipts within required timelines.
• Collaborate to maintain the Changent website and support creation of custom web pages.
