Job summary

NeighborHealth Center is seeking a Donor Database & Development Coordinator to support fundraising and communications by operating and enhancing the donor database, handling gift entry, acknowledgments, queries, and reporting.

The role coordinates events, mailings, grant tracking, and donor stewardship, collaborating with the Development team and Finance to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 3 years of database management experience.
• Non-profit fundraising experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Raiser's Edge or similar donor databases.
• Onsite/hybrid work schedule, Mon–Fri, with possible after-hours.
• Ability to work remotely with a secure home internet connection.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor database records and ensure data integrity.
• Create complex queries, exports, mail merges, and reports.
• Create and manage event records and registrations.
• Research prospects and document donor engagement strategies.
• Establish and maintain database operating procedures.
• Support donor stewardship and communications across channels.
• Process donations and acknowledgments; coordinate gift reminders.
• Coordinate grants submissions and tracking; assist with admin duties.
