Job summary

MDS Communications Corporation is hiring Call Center Representatives in North Carolina. You will join a faith-based non-profit fundraising team, making donor calls, following scripts, and helping charities raise funds from home.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.
• A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions.
• Basic computer skills.
• A commitment and enthusiasm to charitable, non-profit causes.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Call for 4-8 different clients over the course of an 8 hour day, using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging manner using a client-approved script.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
