Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking Call Center Representatives to support charitable fundraising programs from a home office. You will be assigned to 4–8 client campaigns, using a sanctioned script to engage donors and secure contributions throughout an 8-hour day.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ outbound telemarketing experience or strong long-term work history.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.
• A quiet home workspace with minimal interruptions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Commitment to charitable/non-profit causes.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound donor calls for multiple clients using a pre-approved script.
• Engage donors in a positive, enthusiastic manner and secure gifts.
• Maintain fundraising and productivity metrics throughout shifts.
• Work on 4–8 clients per day across an 8-hour shift.
• Collaborate with team and report progress to supervisors.
