MDS Communications is hiring Call Center Representatives in Texas (remote). You will join a team, receive comprehensive training, and conduct donor outreach for multiple clients using a scripted approach.

The role emphasizes raising funds, maintainingmetrics, and working across 4 different client portfolios. Ideal candidates have 1 year+ outbound telemarketing experience or a solid work history, with a quiet home workspace and reliable internet.

• 1 year+ outbound telemarketing experience or strong stable employment history.
• Dedicated wired internet connection

Responsabilidades

• Receive in-depth training.
• Work on one of four MDS teams calling multiple clients.
• Call 4–8 clients per day using predictive dialing.
• Engage donors with a positive, script-driven approach.
• Secure financial gifts for clients and maintain productivity metrics.
