MDS Communications is hiring Call Center Representatives in Mesa, AZ. Join a team that supports major non-profits, with training and performance-based bonuses. This role calls multiple clients daily, communicates with donors in a positive manner, and aims to secure gifts for clients.

Competenze

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Basic computer skills.
• A commitment and enthusiasm to charitable/non-profit causes.

Mansioni

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to a team calling on behalf of clients.
• Call 4–8 different clients over an 8-hour day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging manner using approved scripts.
• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
