MDS Communications in Mesa, AZ 85210 is hiring an Entry level Call Center Representative. You will receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four teams calling on behalf of various clients, securing donations with a positive and engaging script.

The role offers hourly pay of $16.15–$17.65, with opportunities for performance bonuses, health benefits after 2 months, paid time off, and potential transition to work-from-home and advancement into management or donor services roles.

Formación

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a stable employment history.
• Basic computer skills.
• A commitment and enthusiasm to charitable/non-profit causes.
• Willingness to learn.
• Persistence and drive to meet fundraising targets.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound donor calls on behalf of multiple clients using approved scripts.
• Engage donors in a positive, enthusiastic manner to secure gifts.
• Maintain fundraising and productivity metrics throughout shifts.
• Support 4–8 different client campaigns across an 8‑hour day.
