MDS Communications is a faith-based company recruiting Call Center Representatives in Oshkosh, WI. You will receive in-depth training and rotate among four client teams, calling 4–8 different clients across an 8-hour day with predictive dialing. Expect about 16–24 completed calls per hour and 20–30 seconds between calls.

You will engage donors with a positive script, secure gifts for clients, and strive to meet fundraising and productivity metrics while representing respected nonprofit partners.

Formación

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a stable employment history.
• Ability to communicate with donors in a positive, engaging manner using a script.
• Willingness to learn and represent nonprofit clients ethically.

Responsabilidades

• Call for multiple clients across the shift using predictive dialing.
• Engage donors with a scripted, upbeat approach and secure financial gifts.
