Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring Call Center Representatives in Mesa, AZ. As a Communication Specialist, you will receive training, work with clients across several campaigns, and engage donors professionally to secure contributions.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record with long-term stability.
• Basic computer skills.
• Commitment and enthusiasm to charitable/non-profit causes.
• Willingness to learn and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and join one of four MDS Teams calling on behalf of clients.
• Call for 4–8 different clients over an 8 hour day using predictive dialing.
• Engage with donors in a positive, enthusiastic manner using approved scripts.
• Secure financial gifts from donors for our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
