Job summary

Embrace Grace is seeking a Donor Relationship Manager to own the donor stewardship experience from start to finish. This in-office, full-time role sits in Hurst, TX and involves managing a caseload of donors and prospects, running our touchpoint calendar, hosting tours, and supporting signature events.

You are a warm communicator, organized self-starter, and have heart for the mission, with experience in donor relations, development, or stewardship preferred.

We're looking for a Donor Relationship Manager to own our donor stewardship experience from start to finish. You'll manage a caseload of donors and prospects, run our touchpoint calendar (thank-you sequences, milestone follow-ups, monthly donor anniversaries), host headquarters tours, support our signature events, and be the person our donors hear from when they give.

If you're the type who picks up the phone, remembers birthdays, writes handwritten notes, and never drops a thread, there's real relationship to build here, not just process to run.

Location: Hurst, TX (in-office, with regular local travel)
