Job summary

Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Donor Engagement Manager to lead donor engagement, stewardship, and fundraising initiatives that strengthen relationships and increase financial support. This role develops retention strategies, cultivates partners, and ensures accurate fundraising data in Salesforce.

You will work with Marketing, Family Enrichment & Volunteers, and executive leadership to plan campaigns, recognize donors, and report on progress toward annual

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field; at least five years in fundraising or donor relations.
Experience in nonprofit sector with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to build donor relationships and increase engagement.

Responsibilities

Engage with donor groups and donors to increase retention and giving.
Develop annual donor engagement goals and strategies.
Create recognition programs for donors and events.
Maintain accurate fundraising data in Salesforce.
Prepare donor updates on impact via multiple channels.
Collaborate with CFO, CIO, and Executive Director on forecasts.
