LifeShare Network is hiring a Donation Services Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for organ, eye, and tissue donor referrals. As a Donation Services Coordinator, you’ll serve as a critical first point of contact for organ, eye, and tissue donor referrals. Working primarily by phone, you’ll communicate with hospital staff, donor families, medical professionals, and other partners to evaluate potential donation opportunities and help coordinate the donation process.
This role combines compassionate communication, medical screening, critical thinking, and attention to detail. You’ll work in a fast paced environment where priorities can change quickly and the work you do can directly contribute to saving and healing lives.
