Job summary

PMdigital.ai is seeking a System Administrator to support the MEDXS program with AFOMIS OpMed IM/IT systems. You will help keep MEDXS software and servers secure, patched, licensed, and available for forward-deployed medical users around the clock.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance, DoD experience, and willingness to travel REGULARLY to AFCENT OpMed sites and OCONUS locations. Remote work from CONUS is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in System Administration.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Windows client-server applications and DoD baseline images.
• Experience supporting military EHR and IT systems in an OCONUS environment.
• Active Secret clearance and readiness for travel to AOR locations.
• OCONUS readiness requirements must be met on day one.

Responsibilities

• Install, scan, report on, and administer MEDXS and AFOMIS OpMed IM/IT software.
• Administer the MEDXS Web Portal, its document libraries, web applications, and the Waiver Management System.
• Run audits, maintain logs, and support backup and recovery.
• Test patches in a controlled environment and document results.
• Run quarterly security scans and monitor licensing.
• Provide tiered helpdesk support per contract SLAs.
• Provide on-call support during outages and deliver admin training at sites.
• Maintain Cybersecurity Workforce certification and privileged access tracking.
