Job summary

PMdigital.ai is seeking a Project Manager to lead the MEDXS program within AFOMIS and AFCENT/SG, ensuring 97% system availability, a smooth transition in, and steady operations at garrison and deployed sites.

You will coordinate with the AFOMIS Portfolio Manager, COR, and CTO, managing staffing, schedules, travel, and government communications to meet strict timelines and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of directly relevant experience in project management.
• Experience leading medical waiver workflows and analytics dashboards.
• Proven capability managing multi-node OCONUS deployments and SPOT/LOA processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Contractor Focal Point for Government correspondence; respond within 12 hours.
• Develop and maintain PMP following IEEE/EIA 12207.1; incorporate revisions within 10 days.
• Produce Monthly Status/Financial Report covering costs, schedule, risks.
• Spot deviations and recommend fixes within 2 calendar days.
• Lead quarterly program reviews and JO/MIS meetings; prepare agendas and briefs.
• Sync garrison and deployed programs with AFMEDCOM/A6, AFCENT CIO, AMC CIO, AFSOC CIO.
• Manage staffing targets: 50% in 10 days, 95% in 45 days, 85% rolling fill, turnover <20%.
• Oversee OCONUS mobilization: SPOT/LOA, visas, host-nation clearances for CENTCOM/EUCOM.
• Oversee travel, logistics, GOV Furnished Property, warranty & license tracking.
• Ensure MEDXS ATO and ATC timelines with engineering team.
