Job summary

PMdigital.ai is seeking a Lead Engineer to head MEDXS engineering, integration, and release readiness for the Air Force Operational Medicine Information Systems program. The role focuses on directing the MEDXS team, ensuring deployments across garrison, NOSC, and forward-deployed sites, with remote work (CONUS) and travel to AFCENT locations, supporting TMIP-J and Waiver Management System capabilities.

Active Secret clearance required; the position requires strong system design, interoperability

Qualifications

10+ years of directly relevant experience.
Experience implementing and maintaining TMIP-J applications and enterprise analytics.
Theater systems integration and Windows software deployments.
DCWF Work Role 632 (Systems Developer).
OCONUS readiness requirements described below.

Responsibilities

Lead MEDXS engineering, sustainment, and release readiness, including pre-deployment testing, reach-back support, remote updates, and automated testing.
Lead theater systems integration and Windows software deployments to deployed medical sites.
Ensure the OpMed ITE mirrors the operational environment and validates every update before fielding.
Provide engineering and integration support for MEDXS capabilities that access Secret information and prevent spillage.
Guide system design, interoperability analysis, Agile development, and COTS/GOTS integration.
Oversee CM baselines and release control for MEDXS, TMIP-AF, and HCD software.
Lead efforts to resolve outages within 4 hours with no Priority 1 or 2 defects.
Brief site leadership and Government on technical status, risks, and recommendations.
