Job summary

PMdigital.ai is seeking a Senior System Engineer to support the AFOMIS Program Office and AFCENT/SG MEDXS initiatives. This role focuses on requirements planning, configuration, and sustainment of TMIP-J and related IM/IT capabilities across CONUS/OCONUS theaters.

You will help keep the enterprise hosting secure, compliant, and deployable, perform 24/7 health checks, and coordinate regular site visits and upgrades. Remote in CONUS with travel; active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and sustaining TMIP-J apps and DAF baseline images.
• Experience with medical waiver workflows and analytics dashboards in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with integrated IM/IT testing capability in physical and virtual environments.
• Hands-on experience with military health IT, enterprise network nodes, and OCONUS theater mobilization.
• DCWF Work Role 641 (Systems Requirements Planner), Intermediate proficiency per DoDM 8140.03.

Responsibilities

• Define and plan system requirements for AFOMIS OpMed IM/IT programs, and give expert recommendations on system concepts, design, and interoperability.
• Implement, configure, and sustain TMIP-J applications and DAF standard server and workstation baseline images.
• Sustain the medical waiver workflow systems and the medical analytics dashboards.
• Keep the integrated test environment ready in both physical and virtual setups.
• Run and document system health, performance, and security checks every 24 hours for critical servers and weekly for all other systems.
• Provide remote system engineering support to the AFMED Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO).
• Conduct site surveys, installations, upgrades, and pre- & post-installation testing (integration, configuration, and IA) at theater and CONUS/OCONUS sites.
• Contribute to configuration management audits and RMF documentation to keep the ATO and ATC current.
