Job summary

PMdigital.ai is seeking a Senior Information Manager to support the Air Force Operational Medicine Information Systems (AFOMIS) and the MEDXS program. The role focuses on connecting clinical and theater continuity-of-care processes with IM/IT technology through training, business process improvement, and information management.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, support for deployed military healthcare IT, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in information management or healthcare IT.
• Experience supporting deployed military healthcare domains.
• Ability to learn new applications and capabilities quickly in complex health domains.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support for deployed software, including process improvement and quality assurance.
• Deliver measurable improvements in workflows and reporting within AFOMIS/MEFPAKs.
• Develop and maintain training materials and role-based training for the MEDXS Web Portal and Waiver applications.
• Embed sustainment training with theater personnel and support readiness training programs.
