Job summary

APEXA is seeking a self-motivated Document Validation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will validate documents uploaded to the APEXA system, review in English and French, and work independently to meet tight turnaround times.

You will support risk and compliance analyses, assist customer support with validation inquiries, and participate in peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Validate the accuracy of documents uploaded to the APEXA system.
• Review documents in English and French.
• Monitor incoming work and complete validations within set turnaround times.
• Learn processes for risk and compliance analysis.
• Assist customer support with validation inquiries.
• Support peer review to maintain quality standards.
• Occasionally email advisors and corporations to correct validation errors.
