Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a bilingual Funding & Documentation Representative for a remote position in the United States. You will support processing new financing and leasing transactions by reviewing documentation, validating information, and ensuring files are complete before funding.

This role emphasizes detailed, process-driven work in automotive finance and data entry, with rotating hours and Saturdays. Strong English/French communication is required.

Qualifications

• College diploma required.
• 13 years of experience in finance, automotive finance, lending, funding, contract processing, or a related environment.
• Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review funding documentation received electronically and through paper channels to ensure files are complete and ready for processing.
• Review lease and retail finance contracts for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify signatures and validate information contained within original and electronic contract documentation.
• Enter contract and customer information into internal systems accurately.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate documentation requiring further attention.
• Process incoming documentation in accordance with established procedures and service standards.
• Open, sort, and organize incoming mail and related contract documentation.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple files and processing priorities.
