Job summary

Sapiens International is seeking a dynamic Lead Quality Assurance Analyst (Bilingual English-French) to oversee QA for a complex, integrated platform. You will lead a hybrid QA team, drive platform-wide quality initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery from a remote Canada location.

Responsibilities include defining test strategies, translating requirements into artifacts, planning QA efforts, and mentoring engineers to maintain regression

Qualifications

• Must have experience in QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Automation experience with Selenium or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP API testing and interface validation.
• Ability to write SQL queries and use test management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies for manual and automated testing across modules.
• Translate business and technical requirements into test artifacts and plans.
• Plan and estimate QA efforts during sprints and releases.
• Oversee execution of manual and automated test cases across phases and environments.
• Lead and mentor a hybrid QA team and ensure platform-level quality.
