Job summary

You will process outbound mail, open and sort incoming mail, and assist with scanning and archival tasks in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with accuracy in handling documents and mail.
• Experience or comfort with high-volume mail processing and scanning devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage time-sensitive documents and critical mail.
• Process inbound and outbound mail to meet service levels.
• Cross-train to expand document servicing skills and knowledge.
• Handle high-volume metered mail and prepare overnight packages with correct postage.
• Support quality checks and resolve basic processing issues.
• Open envelopes with standard equipment and sort for scanning.
• Sort and capture mailed documentation using scanning equipment.
