Job summary

DataServ in Saint Louis, Missouri is seeking a Document Processing Specialist to onboard client documents and support the document lifecycle within our DataServ SaaS platform. You will perform quality assurance audits on financial documents to ensure production and accuracy goals are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a hybrid role that is predominantly remote with limited on-site coverage for PTO, absences, and company events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in imaging operations, mailroom, data entry or related area.
• Strong people skills, a positive attitude, and ability to collaborate.
• Comfortable with learning and using proprietary software.
• Must meet set production and accuracy levels.
