Stockell Consulting, LLC. is seeking an Operations Specialist — Document Imaging (Contract) in St. Louis, MO to support imaging and digitization across multiple business areas.

The role is onsite five days a week with a start time around 7:30–8:00 AM and a 1-hour lunch break. The contract runs through December 2027 at up to $34.50 per hour. Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems quickly in a regulated document

Mansioni

• Prepare, scan, and digitize physical and electronic documentation
• Index and input imaged documents into the correct workstreams
• Support roughly a dozen internal business areas with document and imaging requests
• Perform processing work on a portion of the documents you handle
• Meet daily quality and volume targets — both are measured
• Flag documents that are incomplete, illegible, or don’t match the expected format
• Work within established procedures and applicable compliance and records-retention requirements
• Take a proactive approach — identify what needs doing and act without waiting for assignment

Operations Specialist — Document Imaging (Contract)

Location: St. Louis, MO — onsite 5 days/week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30–8:00 AM start, one-hour lunch, 4:30–5:00 PM finish

About the Role

Our client, a large financial-services organization in the St. Louis area, is adding two people to a nine-person document services team that handles imaging, digitization, and scanning for roughly a dozen business areas across the firm.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, scan, and digitize physical and electronic documentation
• Index and input imaged documents into the correct workstreams
• Support roughly a dozen internal business areas with document and imaging requests
• Perform processing work on a portion of the documents you handle
• Meet daily quality and volume targets — both are measured
• Flag documents that are incomplete, illegible, or don’t match the expected format
• Work within established procedures and applicable compliance and records-retention requirements

What You Need
