Job summary

ECP, a market-leading SaaS provider for senior living, seeks a Data & Document Integration Specialist to join our team remotely in the United States. You will onboard and support customers by preparing, formatting, and importing documents and data into our proprietary platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will work with internal teams and clients to ensure quality, run QA checks, troubleshoot file formats and data integrity, and communicate status updates.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred and relevant experience.
• 1–2 years in a professional environment.
• Experience with scheduling and hosting virtual meetings.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to plan next steps and ensure positive outcomes.
• Attention to detail and ability to correct errors in documents and data.
• Ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
• Experience in data, operations, or document management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and import customer reports and data using Excel, Word, Acrobat, and the ECP platform.
• Modify and organize files for compatibility with import requirements and software specs.
• Perform QA checks on documents to ensure accuracy before and after import.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to formatting and data integrity.
• Ensure successful and reliable file imports meeting standards and expectations.
• Complete time-sensitive tasks with high accuracy and reliability.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and provide status updates.
