Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with document management platforms and archival solutions (OnBase, DataArk).

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee L2/L3 production support for document management apps and archival solutions.
• Monitor health, investigate issues, restore services, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, release validation, and readiness.
• Collaborate with analysts, vendors, and users on upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Develop runbooks, SOPs, and documentation; identify automation opportunities.
