Qualifications

• Experience with SDLC and software testing processes.
• Ability to gather requirements and design/test solutions.
• Experience training end-users and providing user support.
• Healthcare industry background is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and document changes for assigned applications.
• Consult with end-users on projects, and test software per specifications.
• Track and report project issues to management.
• Coordinate vendor upgrades and system enhancements.
• Provide after-hours support per schedule.
