Qualifications

• 5+ years in information technology, business analysis or related field working with enterprise applications.
• 2+ years of experience as a people leader/manager.
• Hands-on experience with document management platforms and archival systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for document management and archival solutions, including incident and change management.
• Monitor health and performance, investigate issues, restore services within SLAs, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into technical specifications, and drive sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, release validation, and implementation readiness.
