TempExperts is partnering with a highly respected national law firm to hire an experienced Docketing Specialist. You\'ll join a collaborative docketing team that spans regions and supports practice groups across the firm, keeping legal calendars accurate in a fast-paced environment.

This 100% remote, direct-hire role offers $70K–$100K based on experience. You will review court filings, manage deadlines, mentor junior staff, and lead department initiatives across civil, appellate, and labor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of docketing experience in a professional setting.
• Deep knowledge of Florida court systems and procedures.
• Experience across civil, appellate, labor and employment, bankruptcy and workers' comp matters.
• Ability to interpret complex legal rules accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Review court filings to set and manage deadlines in a docketing system.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to confirm case details and questions.
• Apply state and federal rules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Train new team members and oversee junior docketing staff.
• Lead department initiatives and special projects.
